Vince Cheah

Biography

Vince Cheah is a Nurse Navigator who works within the Metro South Health’s Movement Disorders Team, providing person-centred care for patients with movement disorders. Besides monitoring the patient’s conditions and helping them with advanced care planning and medication management, he also assists patients in accessing NDIS support.
