Silvana is highly motivated and a passionate advocate for social justice, committed to empowering individuals in need by ensuring they have access to the services they require. Silvana's background encompasses all service delivery types specialising in supporting individuals with intellectual disability and complex needs. Having worked in direct support roles, management and executive roles in accommodation services, individualised support, day and employment services as well as managing support coordination and allied health has positioned her well to understand the sector deeply. Her expertise in navigating disability legislation and funding, coupled with a talent for simplifying complex systems, positions her as a strong leader in the sector. She is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality support that empowers individuals and respects their voice.
